Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Station direkt vor der
Tür) erreichen Sie in 12 min. den Bahnhof Zoologischer Garten
und das Westberliner Zentrum samt Kurfürstendamm und Gedächtniskirche.
Das Pensionsgrundstück stellt eine 20er Jahre Villa mit einem
großem parkähnlichen Garten dar. Das Interieur der Hotel
Pension wird von zahlreichen antiken Möbelstücken bestimmt, wobei
jedes Zimmer einen individiuellen Charakter besitzt. Kabel-TV, Kühlschrank
und stets freie Parkplätze erfreuen unsere Gäste. Ein Doppelzimmer
mit Etagenbad gibt es bereits ab 40 EUR inkl. Frühstück. Das Doppelzimmer
mit eigenem Bad kostet im Schnitt 70 EUR.

You are looking for a centrally located pension
with a friendly atmosphere? Then you have found what you were looking
for. This family-run hotel pension is located in Berlin-Charlottenburg
in close proximity to the Berlin exhibition ground, the Olympic
Stadion, the Waldbühne and the International Congress Centrum
(ICC). By public transportation with the station being right in
front of the door it only takes you 12 minutes to the main train
station (Berlin Zoologischer Garten) and the Centre of West Berlin
including the Kurfürstendamm and the Gedächtniskirche.
The plot of the pension has a park-like garden and on it a Villa
built in the twenties. The interior of the hotel pension is dominated
by various antique furniture with every room having its own individual
style. Cable-TV, a refrigerator and free and available parking are
available. A double with a bathroom in the hall can be had for only
40 EUR including breakfast. The double with en suite bathroom is
charged with 70 Euros on an average.
